Situated some 8 miles north and west of Lochcarron on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands, West Lodge stands in a peaceful location to the side of the drive leading to Couldoran House. The property is surrounded by magnificent Highland mountain scenery.
This is an excellent base from which to explore Wester Ross, starting with the nearby Bealach na Ba, the Pass of the Cattle, which is the highest road in Britain, leading to Applecross. This road continues right around the Applecross Peninsula and there are superb mountain and sea views all the way. The whole area is a paradise for all those who enjoy the great outdoors, whether it be for walking, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, stalking, boating, wildlife watching or simply touring and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
